About me

About me

I am a certified mediator (according to the guidelines of the Federal Association of Mediation BM e.V) and process facilitator, as well as a diversity trainer at the Berlin University of Technology (BHT). In parallel, I work as a lecturer at Euro-FH University of Applied Sciences on topics related to diversity, inclusion, and mediation. After studying Cultural Sciences and Intercultural HR and Organisational Development I worked for a consulting agency called Maiconsulting. I extended my knowledge of process consulting and experienced how cultural change in organisations can be initiated and fostered.

After Maiconsulting, I worked for RAA Brandenburg, the Regional Center for Education, Integration and Democracy where I ran a project which supports schools in the field of Inclusion and Diversity in and outside the classroom. The work required not only a sensitivity for cultural differences but also for conflicts caused by stereotypes and discrimination.

I`ve lived, worked and studied in several cities in Germany, Bolivia, Ecuador and Ireland before finally settling in Berlin, Germany where I live with my French partner and our daughter. My interest for international mediation was sparked by all these experiences with international teams, students and flatshares, my own binational family as well as my work in the field of diversity. I offer mediation in German and English but also speak French and Spanish.
