After Maiconsulting, I worked for RAA Brandenburg, the Regional Center for Education, Integration and Democracy where I ran a project which supports schools in the field of Inclusion and Diversity in and outside the classroom. The work required not only a sensitivity for cultural differences but also for conflicts caused by stereotypes and discrimination.

I`ve lived, worked and studied in several cities in Germany, Bolivia, Ecuador and Ireland before finally settling in Berlin, Germany where I live with my French partner and our daughter. My interest for international mediation was sparked by all these experiences with international teams, students and flatshares, my own binational family as well as my work in the field of diversity. I offer mediation in German and English but also speak French and Spanish.
